wuts the diff if i use REMPEG over TMPGENC or a CCE program its seems that REMPEG is easy enough.. or is there an extra options between the latter 2 proggies.. or may they are faster? thx

With regards to mpeg2 encoding:
Rempeg is free and simple, but only average quality and VERY slow.
TMPGEnc is inexpensive, very good quality and average speed, but I find the average bitrate settings are not accurate at all. This means it might take you awhile to get used to the program and how to choose "fake" settings to get the desired results. Then again, maybe someone that knows the program better will be able to show you how to use it
CCE has excellent quality and is VERY fast, but it is expensive.
I have used all 3 programs (rempeg2->tmpgenc->cce) and haven't looked back once I figured out how to use CCE.
