Curtis DVD1150?

Hey all Let me start by saying great board! .. anyhow I have a Curtis DVD1150 standalone player, works great plays VCD/SVCD and standard DVD's and Mp3s .. however I have no remote for it .. been trying everywhere i can think of for info but no luck .. if anyone knows who sells Curtis produts or knows anything about them please let me know!

the problem is simply its swt to PAL mode and converting takes FOREVER!! So i need the remote or a direcvtion to go in to change that and some other settings

Well after officially wasting my time for ever on this i have now decided to give up I am convinced more than ever now that this has gotta bea mistake there is simply no Company Called Curtis on the Web or in Canada for that matter so it was probably some shady fly by nite American Drug front as usual!

this DVD player CLAIMS to be a DVD1150 made october 2001 it plays vcd/dvd/cdr/cdrw/jpeg/xvid and otheres has two mike jacks in the front for what i can assume is Kareokke .. its labeled Curtis(r) but oh well

I have recently seen a Curtis multi-region DVD player in Canada. So it must still exist. The store that I know that carries it is called Davidson. Their phone number is 514-866-3359.

P.S. They have the Curtis Multi Region DVD player, model 1030.
