Hi!
i've made some progress with my capturing, put I have one problem. When I capture, some of the picture in the bottom is missing. Like the card thought the TV-system was NTSC, but I'm in Europe and I have PAL. It's the same what resolution I chose...
I'm capturing with a GeForce4 Ti4600, using a "yellow" video cable.
I really hope you can help me on this one.

i don't know what software you're using, but i use uivcr.
that app has 2 settings concerning your problem, to know "capture format" and "preview format".
as the preview actually does nothing to the file, i'll stick with capture format.
i thought the 'resolution' of my tv is 352x288, but when i capture that way i miss things like you say.
i figured out that when i capture at 384x288 the whole tv screen is captured. (later i convert this to 352x288 anyway.)
maybe this is the solution to your problem?
