  1. Ok i downloaded a XSVCD and did the header trick with tmpgenc using the cut/merge and also with simple multiplex

on both ways I get a great result and it has no problem when i play it on my pc..

then i load the xsvcd with xvcd header in nero and burn it.. in my pc with powerDVD it plays great, picture quality is bad but sound is in sync

then i play in my sony and the picture is fabulous quality (like it knows what are the bad things and improves those) but the sounds is like 1 sec behind.

It's not because its an xsvcd with a vcd header cause i tried it on a 2mb xsvcd sample and that was fine so I thought of two things:

It goes wrong with big files
It goes wrong when the audio has a high bitrate

I think the last one so i wonder how i can lower the bitrate of an vcd/svcd/x(s)vcd

  2. could a to low bitrate also be the cause? the out of sync one is 192kbs and the correct one is 224
