  1. I've got a SVCD file that I want to convert to mpg. I tried opening the file with TMPGEnc but got a "Cannot open or File type not supported" message. I've got the Elecard MPEG-2 codec on my system. I got the MPEG-2 plug-in for TMPGEnc but what do I do with it. The Readme file is in Japanese

    Any help/advice much appreciated

  2. you might be able to frameserve from DVD2avi to TMPGEnc. Just load the mpeg2 file in dvd2avi program, save d2v and wave file. Then use d2v as video and wav for audio in TMPGEnc.

    do you have the full version of tmpgenc. or has your 30 days expired. i dont think you can open mpeg2 files unless you have the tmpgenc plus version. Private message me if you need mor information.
