I have some multi-language VCD's which I am trying to play in Windows Media Player.
They work just fine, EXCEPT - they will only play in one language.
The convention, as I understand it, is to change the language by altering the speaker balance to either left or right but this does not seem to work for me. These VCDs play in only one language, and I can find no trace of another language anywhere.
I have seen the same disks played on a conventional VCD player in both languages, so I know the missing language is there somewhere, I just can't find anyway to access it.
