  1. Can anybody tell me if i have bin files that say that they are svcd can i use isobusters to extract the mpeg2?.Then can i use tmpgnec plus to reencode the svcd to vcd.I need to do this as my player wont play svcd's and ive tried the header trick.I have tried this but tmpgenc says cannot open or unsupported format,and i have the mpeg2 pluggin.So wot am i doing wrong?.Is there no other way or reencoding thes bin files to vcd?.

    you need vcd gear to extract the mpeg2 from .bin files then check this site for various different ways to convert it to vcd.
