12,500 fps

Help, very new to this, here is my problem, I have two movies that I have downloaded from the web. When I check them in VirtualDub, it tells me that the Framesize is 352X288 and that the f.p.s. is at 12,500. That number does not match any of the three that is a common f.p.s.. It also says that the decompressor is DivX codec 4.12. My question is can I convert these to a VCD or SVCD format or am I wasting my time on these files??? Any help would be greatly appriecatied....Thank you

you can use Pal template becuz of 12.5 internally 25 fps and also 352x288 is a resolution for PAL format.
