    Can anybody tell me which software, if any, can merge different avi clips into one big avi file?

    v-dub if they are all the same - adobe premiere , in-sync blade , vegas video , video factory and a whole wack of u-lead stuff and about 100 other programs if they are different

    I guess by different, you tried Vdub append?. You will need to make them all the same before you can do that.

    What are the differences ?
