Situation:
I have premiere 6.5. Export short movie with transitions, title slides, etc. to Adobe mpeg encoder.
DVDit PE - I get a frickin video buffer error.
Dazzle DVD Complete - demuxing error.
DVD Workshop - burns dvd but video is really choppy and no audio at all. (except menu mp3)
I am ready to pull my hair out. Any help or success stories would be appreciated.
BTW. I have tried lowering the bitrate in mpeg encode so that I have peaks over 6000kbps. Still doesn't work in DVDIt or DVD complete.

video buffer error is your VBV (video buffer setting) setting .. should be 224 or 248 for DVD
what do you mean by menu mp3 because dvd doesnt support mp3 ..
the Main Concept encoder in adobe 6.5 works fine.
sounds as if you have a problem with your audio export settings ...
why dont you export the audio as pcm wav and encode the video only .. try that and see -- use the default dvd template, video stream only --
video could be choppy also if you have clips of different frames rates -- -
Just to update. The problem was with Adobe Premiere. Any movie containing a dither dissolve transition would not work. As soon as I replaced my dither dissolves with cross dissolves, it works in any of the authoring programs!
