My system has a 800 MHz Athlon, 384MB RAM, 30+40GB HDDs, ATI-AIW128. I want to convert my VHS to VCD, or SVCD, or MPEG4. There are some very helpful guides in this sites. Most of them use sharewares. Are there any commercial softwares that would generate VCD, or SVCD, or MPEG4 with reasonable quality comparable to the ones from Virtualdub and TMPEGENC?
