I tested with one movie and it worked perfectly... Now I'm trying with another one.. When you look at the DivX-file it works perfectly and the subs are perfectly synced... But when I'm trying to convert from DivX to SVCD the subs is very out of sync...
Using Virtual Dub (TextSub) as frameserver, TMPGEnc. as SVCD/MPEG2 converter...
Whats the problem? Why didn't the first movies subs I convert get out of sync?
Please help soon...

Some subfiles are not in sync when you get them. Before giving you an explanation, I need to know wether the subs are in sync in the beginning and go out of sync as the movie continues, or wether they are not in sync at all(so from the beginning of the movie).
