encoding 2 parts with tmpgenc

the last two movies that i've encoded with tmpgenc, i've done the first 60 min, and the second 60 min at the same time. on both movies, the audio and video were outta sync. does anyone know if this would have anything to do with it, or is it something else?

ok.. how do i fix the problem if i do get another out of sync video? i'm doing 'end of days' right now, so i'll let you know in the morning how the vcd turns out.
