i have them all in the same folder under the enviromental settings and put the priority higher is there somethiing else wrong?

i had the same prob, but i downloaded the VFAPI plugin, unzipped it into the same folder as tmpgenc and now i can open the d2v files. the only problem is that i can't get tmpg to make the mpg. Any advice?
