  2. What problems are you having? CDRWin is probably the best program for burning CUE/BIN image since they actually invented it. BTW, if you use a pirate serial number or hack, CDRWin will devious burn coasters...

CDRDAO + GUI (e.g., VCDEasy) is a good option for burning CUE/BIN images. Make sure you have a working ASPI layer:

You can download ForceASPI at: http://www.doom9.org

I use Nero. Just select File->Burn Image and point to the CUE file. You can also use VCDEasy which has a lot of other nice features as well.

  4. I never have a problem creating my own Bin/cue files with VCD Easy. I am having a problem with downloaded files that are already Bin files. I get an error message when opening with CDRWIN.

  5. Open up the CUE file with Notepad...

Have a look at the first line. The path to the BIN file is probably some sort of absolute path and is now wrong. Just change it as appropriate.

  7. To the path where your bin file is...

e.g., if both your CUE and BIN files were in the same folder (and were called video.bin), then you could just use a relational path rather than absolute path.

    That is you can change:
    "C:\somefoldername\video\video.bin"
    to
    "video.bin"

  8. I still can't figure it out. I'm still getting an error saying 'Invalid Cue Sheet Command at line 1 Illegal command syntax.
I had to completely change line 1 in Notepad, because that was the orginal path from whom ever created the Bin File.

he's damn right.. i like the cue/bin image format.. but i'm kinda worried about using a pirated key.. so here's your best bet..

get an illegal version of nero (i've never heard of nero screwing anyone cos of a bad serial#)

only rip cd's with cdrwin.. you dont even need to register to rip them, just to burn faster than 1x

use daemon tools to mount a cue/bin's as virtual cd-roms..

do a cd-copy through nero "on the fly".. works great.. and you dont have to worry about burning costers..

plus daemon is pretty great for testing images before buring them on cd-r's or having to do an isobuster on them.

  10. try getting VCDGEAR to convert your .bin/.cue file to mpg. then you can use TMPGEnc to set it up the way you like it before burning to vcd.
