question about .gif's

i want to add a gif in my profile but most i find are all to big or dont meet the 80x80 instructions. I know how to edit them in paint but they stop moving. Like the one i have right now is clinton walking but after i made it fit 80x80 and saved it it stop walking. How do i edit these things.

Use a gif animation tool instead like animation shop (it is included with psp, http://www.jasc.com/products/psp/ ) that you can use to resize gif animations and keep the animation.
