I ripped The Man Who wasn't there and I want to use both audio tracks. How do I do this? Also how do I keep the widescreen aspect, as everytime I rip a widescreen movie it comes out full screen.

You can multiplex one video file and two audio files(up to 4, I believe) in bbMPEG. Regarding to aspect ratio if you use Full screen (keep aspect ratio) you will have same aspect ratio as original. Don't forget to set source to 16:9 NTSC or PAL depends on your dvd format.
