  1. Hi all 2 questions for the DVD pros

    1) Is it possible to link an Audio only (PCM 48Khz) audio file to a Menu Item/Button. If so which DVD Authoring packages would support this.

    2) Is it possible to create a DVD to work like an CD and be able to enter in the track number and have that played rather than going via a DVD Menu.

    Many thanks in Advance.

  3. Thanks BJ_M. I've done the blank MPEG trick and it works well, however it uses up space on the DVD Disc. Is there a way to make this MPEG as small as possible ?

Also, how do you Author the dvd to in effect have tracks. I can only seem to do this via menus/buttons etc which get displayed.

make the blank as super low bit rate 1/2 D1 1meg/s or so ...

use Spruce Maestro or Pinnacle Impression DVD Pro and just add chapter points, u dont need any menu's -- you can add a stop frame after each end of each chapter to stop play or default each chapter end to a dummy chapter (still frame black) , couple of different ways to do it . selecting a chapter on your remote will just play that chapter (song) ..
