  1. I am very new to video authoring. Before I go too far and waste any DVD-R media, I was wondering if it is possible to record VCDs to a DVD disk. Is this procedure any different than burning VCDs to a regular CD? Is there a different approach that I should be aware of? I simply want to put a lot of video onto a dvd disc.

    Thanks,
    Brian

  2. There is a guide that doesn't include reencoding the files but it may not work on all standalone players. Take a look here http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcddvdr.htm
