    Can a 692.4M .3iv movie file be split into two files and burned as VCDs? Thank you for any suggestions.

    I assume your talking about a DivX movie. In QT, select half of the movie, copy and paste it into a new player, and then select export to Toast VCD. After that's done, do the same with the other half. You could also convert it to VCD in ffmpegX.
