im trying to rempeg a movie so i can fit it on a disk and every time the video turns out pictulated and video flashing poor quality is it the software or is there a setting i did wrong i have matched all settings on tutorials and still no luck the movie is colladeral damage it its jut 5 gig dont need to downsize much thanks for any help using rempeg v1.52

looks like an Interlaced movie problem. Try to get information if it is Interlaced or not. Start-up DVD2AVI, press F6 for the information window and start the preview with F5. In the information window will appear if the movie is progressive or interlaced. Check www.doom9.org for guidelines.
I have tried most options within ReMPEG to 'solve' the problem, but no succes. You might consider using TMPG or CCE.
