    what are the settings to get the best quality with dvd2svcd i made 1 dvd rip but it made itin the 23.9 frames or whatever it is and not the 29 frames so i was wondring what is the best setting for quality and iam using cce with it to.

    use the default svcd template that dvd2svcd comes with. more passes mean better quality. and always use CCE when possible.
