    I break the mpeg into chapters and proceed onto the last step(or what I think is the last step), but the finish button won't hightlight. It says something like "VCDXBUILD.exe not found, currently disabled". Can I just get this VCDXBUILD file and download it? I can't find it anywhere on the net. Thanks.

    VCDXBUILD is part of VCDImager: http://www.vcdimager.org

    However, I wouldn't think that VCDWizard would need it as it uses it's own rebuild of VCDXBUILD called lkVCDxBUIILD (EXE version) and lkVCDImager (DLL version)...

    Perhaps you should contact Betamax (the author of VCDWizard). He might know what's going on.
