    Ok I'm new so don't laugh!! :P I downloaded a movie from kazaa is was a mpeg file I tried burning it to play in my dvd player but It rolls like it has bad vertical hold?? What did I do wrong, it has sound and picture

    There are 2 major broadcast systems in the world, PAL and NTSC. If you live in the US and Japan you have NTSC if you are in EU or other parts of the worls you most likley have PAL. Most DVD players only support the format of the region they are in.

    Sounds like you tried to play a format that's not supported by your DVD player.
