    I'm converting a 640x360 divx thats 23.976 fps.Which is best for encoding a 75min svcd, leave 23.976 or convert to 29.97?

    When making a svcd its always best to keep it 23.976 if possible. As long as you make sure and use the 3:2 pulldown option than it should play in all svcd compatible players and will yield much better quality than 29.97 fps.
