  1. So i have a 2.0 PCM track that is currently from a 24fps Blu-ray and I'm trying to convert it to 23.976 to sync it up to something else.
Is there an easy way to do that? I find a lot of articles on PAL to NTSC conversion (and vice versa) but nothing on this type of conversion.

I have Adobe Audition, if that helps. I'm not sure what to put into the Stretch properties in order to get the right length.

    Thanks!

  2. Increase the length by 0.1 percent.

That's the exact measurement? It still seems slightly fast when compared to the "original" 23.976 recording.

Yes, that is the exact value. 23.976 is short for 24000/1001, or 23.976023976023976.... It's possible someone used 23.976 instead though. In that case the change would be 0.1001001..., but I don't know if you would notice the difference. Also keep in mind that different releases may have different amounts of junk at the start and end or have different cuts of the film (add or cut scenes).

Note: Make sure you're actually starting from a true 24fps source, as MANY BD titles are 23.976 (24000/1001) to start with.
