    Quite a number of players now come with virtual dolby surround.
    Suprisingly, quite of few of them are top end models.

    I am thinking for getting a second unit with ( SRS ) virtual surround.
    Do these two speakers surround scheme work, and how restricted is the position of the listener ?

    virtual surround is suprisingly good, even on my desktop. if space or budget keep you from having 5 speakers (and maybe a sub that really tops it off) go for it. but i personally can't enjoy a good sci-fi or action movie anymore unless i have a true 5 speakeker set-up . if you aver here the gunfire in blackhawk down in in true sorround you will understand.
