Anyone here use a ReplayTV and DVArchive to do their capturing?
The last week or so, roughly since the 4.3 software downloaded to my ReplayTV 4160, the shows I download to my PC with DVArchive 1.0 have the running times screwed up. Womble MPEG2VCR and Windows Media Player list 45 minute Odyssey 5 episodes and even two hour movies as running only 5 to 20 minutes. And at the 5 to 20 minute point, both programs stop playing the files, even though the file size itself is still correct.
I run the files through MPEG2VCR's GOP fixer utility and it fixes the running time errors, but then the a/v is way out of synch.
My DVD burning has ground to a screeching halt because of all this.
These problems did not happen until this week.
Is this the ReplayTV 4.3 software? Is it DVArchive? These programs play fine in the 4160 itself, but when I download them to my PC I'm having nothing but problems.
I tried using a different PC, and the problem persists. I've posted a question about this on AVSForum's ReplayTV area and got no response.
Anyone else having similar problems?
What's up with this?
Thanks...
