    i think i have altered the settings in movie on the smart ripper by mistake looking at all the help on other pages it only shows the settings forfiles backup can someone tell me which should be ticked thanks once again

    This link should solve your problems . You have to click on stream processing and leave top 2 boxes checked and uncheck the rest. Im think
    you messed up on your dvdx settings though. If i new more of your error
    or problem i could help you
