    i have a problem. ive been playing an anime series on commercial vcds with my napa vcd player. and on a few discs they start to play and stop, play and stop. in the middle of the movie. the cd isnt scratched. so is it the vcd or the player?

    I would recommend testing these VCD's on a PC or someone's standalone DVD player and seeing if they skip as well. Even though the NAPA DAV 311 was slightly better than the 310, which was better than the 309, they still all had problems with some VCD's.
