Ok, I have made that xvcd with TMPGenc for the video and Lame (thru TMPG) for the sound, remuxed them and use Sonic Vegas to correct the drift.
The movie (vid+sound) play back fine for most of it, but sometimes, for 1 sec, the video go very blocky for a fraction of second and go back fine.
Any suggestion on what causes that and how to correct that?

Ok, an addition to my post:
i used VCDGEAR to transfert my svcd video from the CD back on my HD using DAT->mpeg convertion, no the file on my HD plays flawlessly.
So what is the problem here? the fact i use NERO to burn it?
