This is my first post, so here it goes. I'm having a problem Muxing a video that I Demuxed, I took the original file which was an Anime, it's an .mkv extension, it had two audio tracks, one english one japanese, I used MKVextract to remove the Japanese audio track, then I used MeGui to Mux the Vid file and audio file into .MP4 so I could play it on my PS3, and now the audio out is of sync, but what's weird is it doesn't go out of sync until after about 3 mins, then the audio is behind the video.

If anyone knows how to fix this or what the problem is I would greatly appreciate it, also the frame rate of the original video is: 29.067.
