I have a 1.53Ghz cpu, UDMA-100 transfer enabled, and the Videobus II plugged into a USB 2.0 port. Even if i shut down all the other programs in windows xp, i still get an average of 2 out of every ten frames dropped while capturing at 352 x 240 uncompressed. I have tried this peripheral on two other computers, and still get many frames dropped. I am using MGI Videowave III. Is there a way to fix this problem?
