    TMPGE keeps on saying that error "Illegal MPEG Audiostream" in the exact same frame EVERYTIME when I don't use the wizard. But if I do use the wizard, I cant set the bitrate so the quality isn't even close to it's full potential. Any ideas? I think I'm going crazy. Please help.

    Did you try to use Virtual Dub's Scan video stream for errors? It looks to me like you have a bad frame.
