    Hey, making my first attempt at a VCD but I'm having trouble. I have an MOV file that I converted to AVI in Radtools (because I couldn't find the QTReader file for TMPGEnc. All the links to it are dead). I left it uncompressed to preserve image quality. The problem starts when I try to convert to MPG. The resultant file has no video, only audio.

    What is wrong here?

    The link under tools/encoders/tmpgenc mov plug-in works perfectly I only downloaded it last night 10/8/01.Its an execellent plug-in.
