    If you look in the conversion section, there is a way to convert real media files to avi. There is no way YET to directly decode/encode them to a mpeg file. Look for a program called TINRA (which stands for This Is Not REAL Anymore) in the conversion section on this site. The program is still in its testing stage, so the .avi output is not all that great as of yet. After getting the AVI you will just need to encode it with a MPEG encoder such as TMPGEnc
