    Monday: Bill passes, "Policeware" becomes law.

    Monday night, 8:30PM: Hackers create crack for "Policeware", immediately proceed with hundreds of thousands of DOS-style attacks on every government agancy simltaneously. Police and FBI agents quit due to being overworked, or refusal to enforce such an intrusive law.

    Who gets served with something like this? Oh, yes, MONEY TALKS, doesn't it, Mr. Hollings?
