I am a film student who needs to make an interactive presentation on the movie 'Pulp Fiction'. Can someone please explain the steps I need to take to convert a section/scene of the DVD to a QuickTime file or DV Stream, so I can import it into iDVD? I need to keep the quality and resolution the same as the DVD because part of the project requires detailed examination of background props and scene design, etc.
Thanks in advance,
Mark

If you have the mpeg2 plugin for quicktime you can load your mpeg2 file and then export to DV stream (you need the professional version of quicktime)
