Create anamorphic DVDs

Does anyone know if there's any software that let you create anamorphic DVD? if anyone know of such please tell me, especially if it's maestro.

Nope, your out of luck... Back to the manual way.

Its more of the format that was captued... Say, use 16:1 (I think?)
in your DV camcorder to give you the black bars on top and bottom.

Else, overlay the black bars with Ulead MSP or Premiere go give
the video the "effect".
