I know this question has been asked here before, but what app is there to split mpeg files? I don't understand why I can't just do this in QT by copying and pasting. Also, what is an app I can use to split VOB's?

OK, that worked.... sort of. When I split a VOB into two parts ffmpegX will read the first file, but not the second. It says that the Number of stream maps must match number of output streams. What the hell?

What you want to do exactly?
If you want to convert a VOB to MPG and split it to burn into multiple CDs, then wait for ffmpegX 0.0.3 in the next days as it will include a splitter. -
Yeah, that should solve my problem. Can't wait till 0.0.3 is out. Thanks for the great program, Major.
