    I recently downloaded some episodes of the Sopranos, and when trying to convert them to VCD using TMpegEnc I noticed that most of them are 14.985 frames/second. Anyone have any clue on how to convert these to VCD. Do I need another template or something. Thanks

    I just realized that 14.985 * 2 = 29.970, so I tried incoding with a NTCS template and is seems to be working ok. but another one has an fps of 12.1
