I've been searching for hours trying to get 'how to' for ripping cvd/svcd subtitles.
It seems there are many guides for making subtitles or ripping subtitles from DVDs, but not from SVCDs.
I have a mpeg2 file that contains a CVD subtitle.
I have confirmed it by scanning it with VCDEasy and Winsubmux.
But I can't figure out how to extract subtitles only.
I want to do this, because I want to re-encode the movie into XVCD with permanent subtitles. (This SVCD doesn't play well on my DVD player.)
So is it possible at all?
It seems bbtool might be able to do it, as it detects a private sub stream.
But just can't figure it out.
So if you know how to do this, please help me~!!
(If it is impossible, please tell me!)
