    I'm very new to this and tried to avoid posting. But I did not find solution for my problem on any of the forums. I created SVCD using dvd2svcd and am sure I did everything correctly. I burned it using CDRWin /fireburner didn't work/ but didn't get the subs I selected. I can't see/select/ them in windvd or standalone. Yes, I could see them in dvd2svcd preview. Thanks

    dusan,

    one failsafe way to get SVCD subs from DVD2SVCD is to prevent it
    from creating a CD image and then dragging the muxed_mpeg file(s)
    directly into Nero buring software & burn away.
