    Some of my subtitles are in *.rar format how do I convert them to *.sub or *.srt so I can use them with my divx/vcd movies?

    I dont know about Subtitles, but *.rar is the extension of a program similar to ZIP. Try to unrar the file. You can download the program to do that from http://www.rarlab.com/
