can´t get my vcd to work

Hello!
When i make a movie with temgenc and vcdeasy it won´t play in my
standalone dvd. It doesnt´t recognise the cd as a vcd but a mp3 disk.
I have tried the exact same procedure on another computer with win nt
and a hp burner and that works.
My own computer is win xp with a lg burner.
What should i do!!!!
Please help me.

I am following the guides on vcd-easy.com.
It doesn´t work with nero either.
I use virtual dub for the sound, tempGenc and vcdeasy.
The movie works on my computer but when i burn it with either nero
or vcd easy it only works on the computer not in my standalone dvd
player where it says "mp3 disc".
