  1. Hi Iam pretty good converting films, but i have scooby doo, as a svcd, i can not get it to convert to vcd so i watch it on my dvd player.
    I have lots of converting software and i have searched the how to pages.

    Please could some one help me so i stop getting nagged from my kid!!

    Install PowerDVD 4, it provides the codec you need for TMPGENc +

    Just MHO but you could use DVD2AVI to frameserve the MPEG2 file to TMPEGnc. Under the audio tab select demux all, then go to the file tab and select save project. Then open TMPEGnc and select the D2v file for the video. For the audio select the .mpa file for the audio which is usually hidden unless you select all files. Then encode as you would normally. It seems to me a cheaper solution than downloading and installing Power DVD but both will work. Hope this helps.......
