Then you also must have heard that the speed also causes bad quality. I cannot help you with this encoder, I just want to advice you to go for TMPGEnc.

The only thing of Xing's that I use is Audio Catalyst 2.1 to rip and encode all of my CDs to Highest Quality VBR MP3. The only MPEG encoder that I use that is not TMPGEnc is Panasonic MPEG Encoder Plugin for Premiere. When I am lazy and want to export something quickly, I don't use AVISynth to frameserv to TEMPGEnc, I just use Panasonic. But Xing? If it is quick like LSX Encoder, then it most likely looks like LSX Encoder's results, which look like you tried to capture 640x480 MPEG-1 at 200kbps on a Pentium 200Mhz. If you're familiar at all with this field of computing, you will know just what that would look like! Horrible.

If you have the time and methods of acquiring this software, by all means post your results here when you're done testing and confirm our suspicions of bad encodes or tell us how great Xing is.
