  1. Excuse my english, i'm speek french !!!

    I download divx movie and i try to convert ot to vcd !

    i extract audio with virtualsub, load my avi and my new wav in tmpgenc and follow the guide for conversion and i always got my video and audio out of sync.

    os=windows 2k
    pentium 3 1.4 ghz with lot of disk space

    Help me please !

    These can be a wobbly one, but when you are burning this VCD are you sure you are burning itin the right template through your program i.e. if its PAL then choose PAL and vice versa with NTSC I know that these can cause lip sync issues when burning a PAL onto a NTSC template.

  3. Are the DivX files the same exact framerate as VCD? You can check this in Virtual Dub's file information. Even a few thousandths of an FPS will throw you out of sync gradually. Sometimes lazy folks will just change the frame rate in Virtual Dub to get around a synce problem - until you try and convert the avi to a VCD compliant file.
