    Does anyone know if its possible to improve a poor vcd?
    Will changing the format to SVCD help?
    If so how do u do this

  3. Well, practically impossible - result doesn't worth trouble. But if you watch this VCD on PC, then i suggest you to use FFDShow realtime filter - with this program old mpegs (800 kbit/s, crappy encode - but unique content ) became "watchable" . Alternatively - play around with VirtualDub filters, but , as i already said, this doesn't worth trouble.

  4. Improving a really low-quality video with filters and re-processing is much like doing an extreme makeover to improve the looks of Sandra Bernhard - there's really not much you can do, and it will still be terribly, terribly ugly.
