Cinema Craft: local bitrate settings don't work well...

Hello everyone,

I am re-encoding a movie; The movie comes from dvd and is converted to .avi with dvd2avi and vfapi104.

I am trying to lower the bitrate at the end of a movie (credits).

To realize this, I use the advanced settings in CCE (v2.64).
The result will be written to DVD-R.

This is what I do:
* select the last 7 minutes of the movie (2 hrs, 20 min),
* enter the requested min and max bitrate
* press 'set' button.

..But nothing seems to happen...

The function does work for most parts in the movie (I tried that),
but it doesn't seem to work at the end..

I tried other projects as well, but with the same results..

Does anyone have a solution for this ?
